Like you and the article said, seemingly little and insignificant things can indicate deeper troubles.<br /><br />I have an underactive thyroid and it took about 3 years of "little" symptoms building up to the point where I felt like total crap until it was discovered.<br /><br />A friend of a friend just released a new book, "What's You Body Telling You" (by Steve Sisgold).
