Now THIS caught my attention.
Aerial fitness appears to be an activity popular among some folks. I don't think I will be rushing out to the TGR Studio on Ankeny, but it looks to be a very interesting and challenging fitness practice. Check out this article from the Des Moines Register to learn more about aerial fitness.
I suspect one could get some pretty good results from this type of activity, but I have never been a big fan of aerial stunts. Nonetheless, different activities mean different things to different people. Whatever it takes to get you in the groove of a fitness activity you enjoy is what's important!
