Check Those Resolutions

I was reading the Jill Will Run blog recently.
It was discussing a check of the "new year resolutions" mid year.  Well, we are well past that, but September is a good time to recheck those fitness goals you set back in the cold days of January.

There is still plenty of time to lose that weight, reach a personal best time in an event or participate in a fall event that will help you reach your resolutions.

There is no sin in reevaluating those new year's resolutions to make a run at success as the year winds down.
