Take Time To Heal

A good reminder from the "I Have Run" blog.  Take time to heal.
A good rule of thumb is if something still hurts after two weeks of rest and the proper ice, stretching and other "self-remedies", it's probably time to seek medical attention.  But don't make an injury worse by trying to "work through it".
