GPP Workouts

I was not familiar with the meaning of "GPP", but I am now.

It stands for "general physical preparedness".  I caught a recent article in our local newspaper, the Des Moines Register that highlighted a workout designed to maximize the your general physical preparedness.  The exercises are challenging because they incorporate total body coordination and strength.
