Race Running Programs

If you are preparing for a coming race, chances are there are some tools available to assist you.
I'm always amazed the resources race events make available to their participants to help them improve their experience.  This post from the "The Runner Dude's Blog" offers examples of some of the tools available to race participants. 

Most races will provide a training program for you to use, as well as "pacers" to run with to help you stay on track during the race. Check the website of your event . . . or ask race officials what is available .
