A good rule of thumb is if something still hurts after two weeks of rest and the proper ice, stretching and other "self-remedies", it's probably time to seek medical attention. But don't make an injury worse by trying to "work through it".
My family and healthy physical activities are my biggest interests. I regularly compete in races and triathlons. I LOVE sports, especially the St. Louis Cardinal Baseball (Go Redbirds!) and Mizzou Football (Mizzou-rah!). Also enjoy current events and politics. I also try to keep up with new movies and music.
