How Much Rest Is Enough?


How long should you rest between workouts?

We need rest between workouts, but how long does rest between workouts start to have a reverse effect? Generally, after two days, you can start to lose the benefits of your efforts.

As I've grown older, I've come to realize that rest is an important part of staying healthy and should be treated with the same kind of respect and determination as a workout. I like her recommendations of taking 1-2 days off completely each week.
