Have A Running Injury?

Sometimes we think we have a serious running injury.
And maybe we do . . . but it a little R (rest) I (ice) C (compression) E (elevation) may do the trick.  Check out this post from Christine Luff at and she lists the systems that dictate you may have more serious of an injury that requires attention beyond R.I.C.E.
