Knowing When To Say When

Sometimes it's not worth risking injury to finish a workout.

There are those times where you feel pain and you can work through it, but there are those times where the pain is obviously telling you to rest and take care of an injury.

This post from the Shut Up and Run blog describes a scenario where it is probably best to "quit", rest and seek attention from a physician if the issue persists.
