Ice Vs. Heat

Similar to "Alien vs. Predator", this debate has consumed much time in fitness circles.
This post from the "Run To The Finish" blog includes new health perspectives on the use of ice or heat to treat injuries.  Ice is more appropriate to acute injuries, while heat is more appropriate for chronic, long-term injuries.
