Laugh With Your Yoga
It's often said, "laughter is the best medicine".
Glenda Aldrich takes this seriously. In fact, she runs a class she calls Laughter Yoga at various locations in the Des Moines area.
Aldrich has added laughter to a variety of her yoga moves with the thought that it further lowers stress, making a the workouts even healthier.
