Tri Speed Workouts

Many of us feel the need for speed.

If you're involved in any sort of fitness endeavor, most folks want to get faster.  So here you go.
These are speed workouts designed for triathletes from Gale Bernhardt at  They feature a series of "brick" workouts.  This means a combination of biking and running workouts.
