A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about the negative effects of nighttime eating. Alison Johnson recently wrote about some strategies to use against nighttime eating in the Daily Press (Newport News, Virginia).

My family and healthy physical activities are my biggest interests. I regularly compete in races and triathlons. I LOVE sports, especially the St. Louis Cardinal Baseball (Go Redbirds!) and Mizzou Football (Mizzou-rah!). Also enjoy current events and politics. I also try to keep up with new movies and music.
